Build the session around patterns
A balanced base can include knee extension, a hip-dominant movement, a squat or press and knee flexion.
You do not need every machine in each session. Repeat a coherent selection long enough to measure progression.
Quality before quantity
Control the eccentric phase, maintain position and use a range of motion you can own.
Hard sets need enough rest. Shortening every interval does not necessarily improve the hypertrophy stimulus.
The advantage of a dedicated room
A dedicated leg room provides variety and continuity without relying on a single station.
At CT Unbroken it supports bodybuilders, strength trainees and athletes preparing for other sports.
