Choose a realistic training window

An uncrowded gym reduces waiting and makes each session more predictable, especially for shift workers and people with changing schedules.
Keep structure within the freedom
Open access should not mean improvised training. Define your main exercises, alternatives and a maximum session length.
Record loads, repetitions and perceived effort so that progression remains visible.
Train independently and safely
Use loads you control and avoid maximal attempts without support. Ask the team to check technique whenever necessary.
CT Unbroken’s 24/7 membership includes a short interview to align autonomy, access rules and safety.
